These products are typically used to enhance the growth of plants, and yeasts and bacteria used in dairy cultures, fermentation, and dough improvers. Innophos manufacturers Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) and Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) for both food and technical applications.  We offer these products in both granular and powder forms.  

Ammonium Phosphates are also used in several industrial uses for fire safety and can be found in common household fire extinguishers and are used as flame retardants.
