Curafos 11-2®

Curafos 11-2® sodium phosphate blend is a mixture of food grade phosphates which, when added to curing pickles for hams and marinade for other meats increases retention of meat juices and enhances flavor.  It is more stable in concentrated brines than tripolyphosphate.
