Donut Pyro - Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate®
Donut Pyro® Specifically developed for use in doughnut mixes. Its rate of reaction is designed to make it ideal for use in doughnut mixes. Is sometimes used with BP Pyro where a slightly slower reaction rate is needed.
